C = complement angle S = supplement angle C + 20°  = S/2 and C + A = 90°   =>  C = 90° - A  S + A = 180° =>  S = 180° - A  so 90° - A + 20°  = (180° - A)/2 110° - A = 90° - A/2 20° = A/2 A = 40°
