Mission Statement
St. Patrick School, established in 1863, is a Catholic parish Elementary School in the Diocese of Brooklyn for students from Nursery Level (3 years old) to Grade Eight. The Dominican Sisters served for over a hundred years as teachers and spiritual models for the children of St. Patrick School and its lay faculty carries on their tradition of truth, prayer, study, common life, mission and praise.
The mission of St. Patrick School is to provide our students with an education rooted in the belief that the basis for all learning is both spiritual and intellectual. We fulfill our mission with a dedicated partnership of administration and faculty and parents working cooperatively in nurturing our students to grow to be ethical and educated adults who will make a positive impact upon society in the future.
We believe that:
- Our children are our greatest treasures and their spiritual, emotional, intellectual and physical wellbeing is our utmost concern

- Administration, faculty and parents will work in partnership to affirm that Christ is the reason for our school. He is the unseen but ever-present teacher in its classes. He is the model for its faculty and the inspiration of its students.
